Grease recycling is good for the
environment and reduces sanitary
sewer problems.
Grease recycling keeps our sanitary
sewer system flowing smoothly. You
can help prevent sanitary sewer
overflows caused by cooking grease
blockages with three easy steps:
  1. Pick up a free grease recycling container at
any location throughout Mobile, or use your
    own leak-proof container.
  2. Fill your container with used cooled
    cooking grease from your kitchen.
  3. Drop off your full container at any grease
recycling location and pick up a new one.
    It's that easy!
Mobile Area Water & Sewer System encourages
you to pipe up for grease recycling!
